The Situation

The Company, which had been impacted by inflation, sought financing for its ERP system integration and implementation.

The Result

Atalaya provided $6 million via a capital lease. This transaction bolstered the Company’s liquidity during a transitory period where it was working to pass on rising costs related to inflation to customers.
