Atalaya uses Google Analytics and Hubspot to provide data on usage of the Site. We also collect information through certain Google Analytics advertising features, specifically Remarketing and Advertising Reporting Features. These features help make the advertising you see on sites across the internet, including on social media such as Facebook, more effective.

We may also share your information in the event that it is necessary for any of the following reasons:

The Site is not intended for and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, do not provide personal information to us and do not use the Site.

International Users

We are based in the United States in the State of New York. This Privacy Policy is provided in accordance with applicable US law.
